I am honoured by your letter.
Blessed are you Peter [hearing Rock, Son of Dove], and upon this many membered Rock, will I build my church, and the carnal gates of this flesh and blood hell will not prevail against it.
Peter... I am moving you, Bryan, Bill, and Nick [and a select few others in the world] to a new place in my Spirit... a place of power, a place of kindness, a place of justice, and a place of forgiveness.
Because you received me [speaking in Bill], you will receive the highest honour that can be given - the SUPREME TITLE OF SAVIOUR ANOINTED! It is written in the testimony,
"He who receives a prophet, will receive a prophet's reward."
I am about to change this world, my son, and I have readied my royal troop for this very hour. Be strong, and wait until power is given you, and you are endowed with my full authority. Then my world can finally rest, and be at peace [free from the oppression of men].
